BRIEF: Christmas Party for 250 guests

VENUE: Beaufort House

EVENT: 

Guests arrived at Beaufort House, met by a couple of elegantly dressed formal staff and were led to believe that this was their venue for the evening’s entertainment. Picked at random, the guests would soon find out that Claus had other plans, and not to dispel every childhood dream, but for one night there were 5 santa's and they were taking over. 

Santa’s outfits hung around the venue, Christmas tunes were playing, presents were under the tree... Over various floors, they helped thems"elf" to the Elf Carving Station, played "Bowl Food Movie Bingo" and were welcomed by Santa into his workshop, where the Elves were working hard and producing games for them to play...
