BRIEF: An experience for everyone to enjoy a taste of Sketch in a Pop-Up Cafe

VENUE: Royal Academy of Arts

EVENT: The Sketch Pop-Up Cafe was an eco-friendly literary and foodie heaven. Created in conjunction with the GSK Contemporary: Earth Exhibition, the cafe had persian rugs underfoot while hundreds of books covered the walls creating a sumptuous wonderland for visitors. Michelin star chef Pierre Gagnaire created the food, there was savoury or sweet on offer to fill and delight everyone. From Pumpkin Soup with Popcorn and Tuna, Artichoke and Green Bean Salad to Manjari Chocolate Ganache Tart and Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam. Customers who ventured onto the portico enjoyed champagne and oysters, while they were kept warm by handmade blankets and hot water bottles.
